Dental floss, is a cord of thin filaments used to remove food and dental plaque from areas between teeth in where a toothbrush is unable to reach. Use index fingers to guide floss between contacts of the lower teeth. Glide: Gently slide floss between the teeth by using a zig-zag motion.
