Dental floss, is a cord of thin filaments used to remove food and dental plaque from areas between teeth in where a toothbrush is unable to reach.
Use index fingers to guide floss between contacts of the lower teeth. Glide: Gently slide floss between the teeth by using a zig-zag motion. Be careful not to let thefloss snap or “pop” between teeth. Contour floss around the side of the tooth, making a C shape with the floss as you wrap it around the tooth.
Guide the floss between your teeth using a gentle rubbing motion. Never snap thefloss into the gums. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a C shape against one tooth. Gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth.
